The Premier Cooling team is led by Kristofer Holland, Ryan Pirie and Louise Dutch. Together, the team has more than 25 years experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Our committed team of engineers have a great knowledge and experience of the trade.
Kris Holland

Managing Director
Kristofer is a fully qualified air conditioning and refrigeration engineer. In 2004, Kris started his apprenticeship in Aberdeen and attended Tullos Training to complete his qualification.
Upon completion of his apprenticeship in 2008, Kris continued to work as a fully qualified engineer for a further four years. During this time Kris gained valuable experience in the air conditioning installation and service sectors.
Kris then moved into the facilities management sector, where he worked as senior engineer for four years. He was then promoted to a supervisor position in the offshore division, gaining experience in the design, installation, service and project management.

Louise Dutch

Administration Manager
Louise worked as a Clinic Out Patient Administrator for the NHS from 2006 to 2013. Louise's day-to-day tasks involved assisting clinic co-ordinators and doctors. This saw her booking appointments, running referrals and helping out with waiting lists.
Over the course of seven years Louise accumulated vast experience in both public and private, customer service and medical sectors.
In 2013, Louise changed roles to become a Clinic Coordinator, where she maintained waiting lists outlaid by Scottish Government waiting times. Louise also helped with the daily running of three out patient clinics at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Over the course of seven years Louise accumulated vast experience in both public and private, customer service and medical sectors.
